roxstar prides itself on being a nationwide company, stocking stores and delivering orders throughout South Africa. roxstar does not have a physical retail store, we are an online retailer. We therefore do not allow for order collections from our office, warehouse, or stockists. However our range is available for purchase from various stockists throughout the country.
The delivery charge within South Africa, is R49 which is either door-to-door or door-to-counter service, depending on where you’re located. During the checkout process, Roxstar will determine your delivery options based on your delivery address and postal code.
For South African orders, irrespective of whether you select door to door delivery, or door to counter delivery, roxstar will deliver within 2 – 4 working days depending on where you live. roxstar also offers an overnight postage options at a cost of R75.
Please provide your physical address for delivery. roxstar cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, farms or rural areas. It is mandatory to leave a telephone or mobile number for the courier company to contact you during delivery hours. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number for your order to be tracked online.
Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, please inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage.

In order to obtain a purchase price refund, the product(s) being returned must be sent back to Roxstar within 14 days of the product(s) being delivered. In order to obtain a product exchange, the product(s) being returned must be sent back to Roxstar within 30 days of the product(s) being delivered.
Consequently, if upon receiving your purchase you are not satisfied with your choice of product(s) and wish to return it for a refund as aforesaid, please retain the product(s)’ original packaging and do not wear the product. All tags and labels must be attached and the health liner sticker in place. Please ensure the items are returned in the exact condition they were received in.
If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging or try the product on at all. Please promptly email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify Roxstar thereof, so that we can resolve the mistake by arranging to collect such product from you and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.
If you have purchased through one of our stockists and would like to arrange a return, please return to the store and they will gladly assist.
Sale items may not be returned for an exchange or refund.
Should you wish to arrange a return of a product to Roxstar for inspection, please send an email to email@example.com. You will be responsible for the delivery charge however should the product be found to be defective, Roxstar will refund the delivery charge. Please include your postage receipt in the parcel. If the product is found not to be defective, you will be responsible for the re-delivery charge.
Roxstar makes all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including color. However, the actual color displayed on your screen will depend on your local computer system and monitor settings. As a result, we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
