Roxstar Bikini Exchange and Returns Policy

This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communication and Transmission Act, 25 of 2002 and nothing contained in this policy should be construed as limiting any of the customer’s rights in terms thereof. 

If a customer is not satisfied with any product delivered, please contact info@roxstarbikini.com to arrange for the product to be exchanged and/or a refund to be processed subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Policy.

Please note that as indicated in our T&C’s contained on the website (www.roxstarbikini.com), all orders placed and purchases made is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any refund required for products delivered outside of the borders of the Republic of South Africa will be subject to additional collection and/or delivery charges and costs.

General Returns

If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product purchased from Roxstar Bikini, a request needs to be sent to info@roxstarbikini.com within 10 (ten) days of delivery of the product.

General returns are subject to the product being in its original saleable condition, unused, unworn, undamaged and returned with all tags and labels.

Once a return/exchange has been approved by Roxstar Bikini, the product needs to be returned to within 5 (five) days of receipt of the approval, at the cost of the customer.

Please note that no returns/ exchanges are allowed for sale or promotional items.

If you have purchased through one of our stockists and would like to arrange a return, please return to the store and they will gladly assist.

Defective Products

If any product delivered to a customer is defective (contains a material or significant imperfection or renders the product less useful, practical or safe), the customer is entitled to return the product to Roxstar Bikini within 6 (six) months of delivery. The product will be inspected by Roxstar Bikini and based on the outcome of inspection, the product may be replaced (subject to stock availability) or a refund will be processed at no additional costs.

Please note that the following, without limitation, does not constitute a defective product:

  • the sizing of a product unless the product has been incorrectly labelled with the incorrect size;
  • products damaged due to wear and tear;
  • products damaged due to negligence or incorrect usage.
  • Product has been worn.

Incorrect Product Delivery

If the incorrect product is delivered to a customer, please contact Roxstar Bikini as soon as possible to arrange for collection and to ensure that the correct product is delivered. Customers need to ensure that the incorrect product is not used in any way.
